Here we endeavor to assist and equip you in raising your kids by providing you with information, services, and resources on Jr Church (KidZone), AWANA, and other Parenting Resources. JBC also has a Pre-12th Christian School and a great Youth Program for 6th-12th Grade students!

Sundays @ 9am -- Babies thru age 5 (classes thru 12th grade resume Sept 14)
Sundays @ 11am -- Babies thru age 5 (classes thru 3rd grade resume Sept 14)
Each year we ask that each family fill out an information/release form with contact information, allergies and other medical information. Can't remember to bring it to the church? Fill out and submit the form online!

What is Awana?
Awana is a nondenominational ministry that assists churches in reaching children and teenagers with the gospel of Jesus Christ and training them to serve Him. Awana provides youth with a fun environment to learn the gospel through Bible memory verses which is the cornerstone of learning the gospel through fun Bible-centered curriculum. Other activities include games, puppets, crafts, awards and other opportunities to increase their knowledge of Jesus Christ.
When is Awana?
Clubbers ages 3-6th Grade meet at JBC on Wednesdays (September thru April) from 6:30-8pm for fun, games, and Bible memorization!
Clubbers ages 7th-12th Grade meet at JBC on Sundays for Trek/Journey study time (during the school year) from 1:00-3pm!
We are looking for people interested in helping out with the AWANA ministry on Wednesday nights. Our greatest need is Cubbies (ages 3 & 4) and T&T (grades 3 - 6). Secretarial positions are needed also. We can also use nursery helpers. If you would be willing to try one of these groups, please call Angie Blanshan @ 503-370-9847 or signup at the Awana table in the foyer.
Time Frame: Sept. - April Wednesday evenings from 6:15 - 8:15 p.m.
